Meet Tove—she’s a former au pair from Sweden. Her time as an au pair back in the early 2000s really launched her career as a journalist. And helped her decide that she wanted to have a family one day.
Most of all, being an au pair in the USA gave her the confidence and self-assuredness she needed to succeed back in her home country. When she returned to Sweden, she felt energized and ready to take on any problem thrown at her.
She had a revitalized sense of independence, and a calm about her—a sense that she could complete anything that she simply put her mind to.
Tove is just one of countless au pairs who have gone on to have successful careers after their au pair lives in America. If you’re interested in gaining international work experience, making new friends and a second family, and returning home to your country a better and more fully-realized version of yourself, then consider becoming a Cultural Care au pair.
